The house is 2300 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, eat in kitchen, formal dining, formal living, big laundry room, split bedrooms, workshop in garage, pool, grilling deck, main deck, and it backs up to a wooded area belonging to the city that has a pond in it!!! It is everything we wanted in a house, and much more.
We are going to do a few things right away. We will fence in the pool part of the deck (it has 3 parts to the deck) so kiddos won't fall in, put railings on the rest of the stairs for the deck, replace the stovetop and take down wallpaper in the kitchen and hall bath. That means painting the kitchen, bathroom and of course kids rooms....nothing else needs painting....we are talking about knocking a wall down between the living room and formal living room, but I'm not sure that will happen....
We are so excited! Closing is set for Feb. 1st or before, but that has a lot to do with when their house closes. They are building a house that should be done mid Jan., so we'll see!

Yeah!! It is so cute! The yard is georgous!!! Tell Chuck he is going to have to keep it up. :) I am so excited for you guys. I know you are ready to get settled. It looks like you had a great Christmas. Kids are cute! I have no good ideas for a new name. If I think of one I'll let you know.
